2. Data and purposes
- Files opened in the apps — processed locally in the browser only, never sent to us. Basis: performance of the service. Retention: none (released when the tab is closed).
- Language and privacy choices (localStorage) — remember your settings. Basis: strictly necessary. Retention: until you erase the site data.
- Apps’ local storage (settings, autosave) — kept in your browser by the apps. Basis: performance of the service. Retention: until you erase the site data.
- Advertising cookies — active (Google AdSense). Personalised ads only with your consent, non-personalised ads otherwise. Basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a). Duration: per Google’s policy.
- Audience measurement — not active at the moment. If enabled: anonymous statistics. Basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a). Retention: per the tool’s settings.
- IP address and server logs — delivery and security, handled by the hosting provider. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f). Retention: limited, per the provider’s policy (typically up to 30 days).
3. Cookies and trackers
Strictly necessary storage (no consent required): your language and the state of your consent, kept in localStorage. Nothing is passed on to a third party.
Advertising cookies (consent required): personalised advertising is only enabled after you accept it (visitors from the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland: refused by default), and you can withdraw your consent at any time via “Privacy settings”. Audience-measurement cookies are not used at the moment.
4. Recipients and third parties
The third parties involved are the hosting provider / CDN: Cloudflare, Inc. (see the Legal notice), for page delivery and security, and Google (AdSense) for advertising. No social tracking pixel or third-party analytics tool is present on the site at the moment.
5. International transfers
The hosting provider may process technical data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
- Access and rectification — we store no personal data about you, so there is nothing to provide or correct.
- Erasure — erase local data from your browser settings (site data).
- Withdraw consent — at any time with Privacy settings (also in the page footer).
- Portability — your files and projects stay on your device; you keep them.
- Objection — you can block ads with an ad blocker or through your ad settings.
- Complaint — you may contact the CNIL (French data protection authority) or your local authority.
To exercise your rights: contact form. Reply within 30 days.
7. Security
The site is static: no user database is maintained, and pages are served over HTTPS.
8. Consent management
On a first visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland (detected from your browser’s time zone), a consent drawer appears and all optional categories are off by default. Elsewhere, optional categories are allowed by default and no drawer is shown. In every case you can change your choices at any time: Privacy settings.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site or the regulation changes; the revision date is shown at the top of the page.
