⚠ The apps run in your browser. You alone are responsible for making sure that the content you open, edit or export complies with copyright law.

1. Your responsibility

When you import or work with images, fonts, audio, video, documents or designs in an app, you confirm that you hold the rights or authorisations required. This includes:

Works protected by copyright (films, music, photographs, artwork, fonts…)
Third-party brands and logos
Licensed or stock material whose licence does not allow your use

2. Permitted uses

Working with your own original creations
Content for which you have obtained permission
Public-domain material (check the applicable jurisdiction)
Material under open licences (e.g. Creative Commons), respecting their conditions

3. Prohibited uses

Reproducing or distributing protected content without authorisation
Circumventing DRM or any other technical protection measure
Using the Site or the apps to facilitate piracy

4. Hosted apps

Apps are redistributed under their open-source licences. Licence and notice files (LICENSE, NOTICE) are kept with each build and linked from the app page and from About. If you reuse their code, please respect the conditions (attribution, copyleft…).

5. Report a problem

If you believe that something hosted on the Site infringes your rights, tell us through the contact form with a description of the work, the page concerned and your contact details. We will examine the request and act promptly where appropriate.

6. The Site’s own content

The Site’s own design, code and texts belong to JK Design. No part may be reproduced or redistributed without written authorisation, except for the hosted apps, which follow their own licences.
